ULTRA Bond™ has been successfully used for decades to treat dirt and gravel roads to control fugitive dust. Additionally, ULTRA Bond™ binds the road surface together, promoting reduced maintenance costs, longer lasting travel surfaces, and safer travel. Other applications include parking lots, rail yards, factory yards, steel mills, quarries, material piles, and parks and trails.
ULTRA Bond™ Premium Dust & Erosion Control
ULTRA Bond™ provides effective, clean, safe, and affordable control of airborne dust and protection against soil erosion for State, County, Township, and City roads, as well as quarries, mines, truck terminals, steel mills, generating stations, and numerous other areas where dust control is essential.
ULTRA Bond™ is:

- Approved by the PA Department of Transportation, PA Department of Environmental Protection and other DEPs, Commonwealth of PA State Conservation Commission, and the Penn State Center for Dirt & Gravel Road Studies. ULTRA Bond™ is permissible for use in other states, but always check with local authorities.

ULTRA Bond™ concentrate mixes readily with water and is applied at ambient temperatures to be treated under pressure, typically 20 to 30 psi. Application is usually performed with a properly equipped spreader truck.
ULTRA Bond™ is applied in three applications of ½ gallon per square yard, then in about week another ¼ gallon per square yard, with a final application of ¼ gallon per square yard in about one month. Application rates can vary, based on the type and amount of traffic, road base material, etc. The blended ratio of ULTRA Bond™ concentrate to water and the frequency of treatments will vary upon soil conditions, porosity, anticipated traffic, etc. Follow up maintenance applications may be needed, as required.
